Hi, I am Premdeep, I am an Assistant Manager - PMO - Technology at EaseMyTrip.com, one of the leading online travel companies in India. I lead and coordinate agile project management activities for IT projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. I also manage the Jira administration and the IMS system for the company, facilitating smooth and efficient workflows and communication.
With 1+ years of experience in this role, I have contributed to several successful projects, such as Train, Bus, Hotel, Flight, EaseMyTrip IOS/Android Applications. These projects have enhanced the customer experience, increased the revenue, and improved the operational efficiency of the company. Prior to joining EaseMyTrip.com, I gained 4+ years of experience in the aviation sector, managing enterprise projects and applying scrum practices for SpiceTech System Pvt. Ltd. and SpiceJet Limited, two companies under the SpiceJet Group. I also have experience in the insurance, banking, and finance sectors, where I developed skills in data analysis, lead generation, customer service, and negotiation. I hold a BSc in Information Technology from National Institute of Information Technology and two certifications in Basic Aviation Course and CAT-8 (Dangerous Goods Regulation). I am passionate about learning new technologies and methodologies, and I am motivated by challenging and rewarding projects that make a positive impact.
